The TSA aim to provide extra equipment and facilities to enhance our children’s education and learning experiences at The Trafalgar School at Downton​
The Trafalgar School is very lucky to have an active, supportive and effective parent association (the TSA). It is one of the school's strengths and one of which we are very proud.
The TSA are always seeking (and warmly welcome) enthusiastic parents with fresh ideas to attend our informal meetings. You do not need to hold an elected position to be involved. We will advertise events on the school Facebook pages and send messages via ClassCharts to parents with upcoming meeting dates, which are either held at school or locally, in the early evening.

There are four meetings a year and the first meeting starts with the AGM (Annual General Meeting), where the Committee is formed and elected positions are agreed. The date for the AGM 2025-2026 is Tuesday 14th October 2025 6.30pm at school.
There are three elected positions; Chair, Treasurer and Secretary. Committee members put themselves forward to these positions and hold these for the year. ​These meetings are opportunities for parents/carers/friends of the school to meet, make new friends and to come together to raise funds for the school your children attend. If you able to help at school events with refreshments - then please come along to our the AGM and first meeting. There is no obligation to sign up to anything more.

Annual Events include: Bubbly Quiz, refreshments at school concerts & events, Nearly New Uniform, coordination of the car parking at The Downton Cuckoo Fair on school site.
